Our core product is a marketing coaching program, Growth University (GU). In GU we work with established businesses, like draxe.com and rebelgirls.co, and entrepreneurs just starting out on their journeys to help them start and scale their business.
Our goal is to help them add 100 email subscribers per day and create a 7-figure sales funnel.
That is where you come in as a Videofruit Inside Sales Rep. Your job will be to get on the phone with qualified leads, learn about where they are on their journey and show them (if it makes sense for them) how GU will help them break through.

The right person for this position will have:
- The ability to consistently conduct an average of five 45-minute sales calls/day while maintaining a 25% close rate.
- A proven track record of phone-based sales success, professionalism, integrity, honesty, friendliness and a team-first attitude.
- No problem working in a fully-distributed (remote), highly self-directed environment.
- Strong dependability--actions rarely negatively impact customers, prospects or other team members.
- Strong empathy, communication and teamwork skills.
Location & Hours
- Part-time work of a minimum of 20 hours per week w/ desire to go full time over the next 90 days.
- Occasional travel, such as to quarterly on-site meetings.
- Ability to relocate to Nashville area within 6 months of being full-time. (Relocation expenses covered.)
- $75,000 - $175,000 per year (100% commission) w/ full-time load
